Dubai, UAE – Quiqup, an Emirati e-commerce logistics service provider, has successfully launched its core order fulfillment and delivery operations in Saudi Arabia, marking a significant milestone in its regional expansion strategy.

This launch comes on the back of strategic support from the Mohammed bin Rashid Innovation Fund, which has played a key role in doubling Quiqup’s operational volume over the past two years.

Founded in the UAE in 2017, Quiqup specializes in offering comprehensive logistics solutions for e-commerce businesses, particularly targeting small and medium-sized enterprises. Its service suite includes storage, sorting, packaging, and prompt delivery of orders.

With its expansion into Saudi Arabia, commercial clients now have access to efficient and reliable order execution and delivery services designed to streamline their operations.

This strategic expansion is in line with Quiqup’s broader goal of providing integrated logistics solutions across the Gulf Cooperation Council. The company’s robust performance in the UAE has established it as a key player in e-commerce logistics, and its move into the Saudi market reflects its commitment to leveraging regional synergy for growth.

Speaking at the launch event, Fatima Yousif Alnaqbi, the Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services and representative of the Ministry of Finance at the Mohammed bin Rashid Innovation Fund, stated:
“Supporting innovators with high potential who drive economic development is one of the core pillars of the Mohammed bin Rashid Innovation Fund. Quiqup exemplifies how strategic support, combined with deep market expertise, can enable companies to achieve significant growth and make a tangible economic impact.”

Bassel El Koussa, CEO of Quiqup, added:
“Our expansion into Saudi Arabia is a natural progression, dictated by our customers’ evolving needs. As demand increases for more efficient cross-border logistics services, we are proud to extend our offerings to the neighboring markets. We view the GCC as an integrated ecosystem where improvements in one market positively influence others. Our success in the UAE forms a solid foundation for our entry into Saudi Arabia, and we look forward to partnering with local e-commerce companies to support national economic growth.”

Quiqup’s achievement is further highlighted by its strong performance in recent years. The company has witnessed a 77% annual growth in its customer base between 2023 and 2024, marking a 25-fold increase since 2021.

Moreover, Quiqup has indirectly generated around 350 full-time jobs, in addition to 60 direct positions in 2023, while facilitating commercial transactions totaling AED 580 million in 2024.

With its Saudi launch, Quiqup is poised to further accelerate its regional growth strategy and expand its services across other GCC markets.
