Stakpak, the Egyptian startup specializing in AI-powered DevOps solutions, has successfully closed a Pre-Seed funding round, raising $500K. The round was led by P1 Ventures, with participation from Digital Currency Group, 500 Sanabil, and Instabug co-founders Moataz Soliman and Omar Gabr.
Stakpak leverages artificial intelligence to automate DevOps tasks, reducing execution time from 4 hours to just 50 minutes. The company employs a pay-per-use model and aims to achieve an annual revenue of $100K in 2024.
This funding is intended to expand the team across the United States and Egypt; business and operations teams are based in the U.S., while the engineering and product development teams continue their work from Egypt.
Founded in 2021 by George Fahmy, who committed to the company full-time by 2022 amid the evolution of language-based AI models like ChatGPT, the team quickly began implementing AI to automate DevOps tasks, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
Initially, Stakpak adopted a seat-based pricing model, but later transitioned to a pay-per-use system, allowing companies to integrate their APIs with the platform and create custom internal tools.
Currently, Stakpak’s team consists of seven employees—four full-time and three part-time—as the company focuses on achieving an annual revenue of $100K in 2024 while continuously developing its technological services.
