Juridoc.tn Secures Investment from Go Big Partners and 216 Capital Ventures for Expansion

Juridoc.tn, a pioneering legal-tech startup based in Tunisia, has announced a joint investment from Go Big Partners and 216 Capital Ventures.

This investment supports the company’s ambitious expansion into the OHADA region, which includes 17 West and Central African countries, such as Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Congo, Chad, Comoros, Côte d’Ivoire, DRC, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal, and Togo.

Founded in 2019 by Assali KaisMaya Boureghda Chebeane, and Anis WahabiJuridoc.tn offers AI-powered legal documents and automated services. This expansion aims to improve legal accessibility and efficiency across the region.

The investment in Juridoc.tn marks a collaborative effort between Go Big Partners and 216 Capital Ventures, both beneficiaries of the ANAVA fund of funds managed by Smart Capital. Launched in 2021, the ANAVA fund aims to invigorate Tunisia’s venture capital landscape by supporting local startups.

The fund contributed €4.5 million to the GO LIVE Fund of Go Big Partners in July 2024, which aggregates €8 million and focuses on early-stage B2B businesses in sectors like AgriTechCleanTechBioTechHealthTech, and Cybersecurity.

This investment is expected to support Juridoc.tn’s growth and contribute to the development of legal-tech services in Africa. Through this collaboration, Go Big Partners and 216 Capital Ventures are working together to drive innovation in the legal sector across the continent.
