FORAS AI, a leading investor in innovative startups across the Middle East and North Africa, has announced the acquisition of a 36% stake in the Bahraini crowdfunding platform “Beban“, licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain.
Founded in 2021 by entrepreneur Mohamed Abulnaga, FORAS aims through this acquisition to support the growth of startups and provide entrepreneurs in the region with easier access to capital.
On this occasion, Mohamed Abulnaga, founder of FORAS, stated, “This acquisition marks a significant milestone for both companies.
