The Lab Ventures, an operational venture capital firm with offices in Madrid and Dubai, has announced the successful closing of its second fund worth $33.8 million. The new fund reinforces the firm’s mission to drive digital innovation and B2B transformation across the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe.

The fund will focus on pre-seed and seed-stage startups that are revolutionizing underserved industries such as PropTech, ConTech, HealthTech, and AI-enabled professional services. Through this initiative, The Lab Ventures aims to strengthen its position as a strategic enabler of digital transformation in emerging markets.

Jonathan Lahyani, General Partner for the Middle East and GCC, commented:

“Our limited partners bring their expertise, market access, and strategic relationships that directly benefit our portfolio companies. It’s not just about capital—it’s about a network of experts and entrepreneurs providing real, hands-on support to our founders.”
