Aydi, the UAE-based agri-tech platform, has successfully raised $7.5 million in a Seed funding round led by COTU Ventures, Daltex, and Nuwa Capital, with participation from Magrabi Agriculture and Foundation Ventures.

The investment will drive the launch and expansion of Orth, an AI-powered agricultural assistant designed to provide real-time, farm-specific recommendations, early detection of crop issues, and productivity improvements exceeding 20%. This innovative tool aims to empower farmers with actionable insights that enhance crop management and overall farm efficiency.

Founded in 2022 by Hassan Fayed, Aydi’s mission is to offer a comprehensive “Field Operating System” that integrates satellite imagery, predictive analytics, and interactive AI, delivering precise solutions tailored to each farm. By combining cutting-edge technology with practical agricultural expertise, Aydi seeks to transform the way farming operations are managed globally.

Orth was officially launched at the Fruit Attraction exhibition in Madrid, offering both free and premium packages for individual farmers and companies. Looking ahead, the company aims to expand Orth into a full-scale global agricultural platform, supporting millions of farmers worldwide and setting new standards in precision farming.
