Doo, a Saudi Arabia-based company specializing in enhancing customer experiences for enterprises, has successfully raised $1.7 million in a funding round led by Merak Capital, with participation from Plus Venture Capital and other strategic investors in the region.

Founded by a team of experienced entrepreneurs and technologists, Doo combines cutting-edge expertise in natural language processing with a deep understanding of Arabic dialects and cultural nuances to deliver an intelligent AI solution that redefines customer service experiences.

Established in 2024 by Ali Mohsen and Mohamed AlKhabbaz, Doo provides an AI-powered customer support platform tailored for enterprises handling high volumes of customer interactions. Its intelligent agent seamlessly integrates with existing business systems to autonomously manage complex service requests, helping organizations enhance customer satisfaction, accelerate resolution times, and optimize operational efficiency.

The funding will be leveraged to accelerate product development, strengthen integration with leading CRM systems and e-commerce platforms, and expand Doo’s footprint across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region, positioning the company as a pioneer in AI-driven customer experience solutions in the region.
