Saudi-based Bwatech, a leading company in fintech solutions for businesses, has successfully closed a $16 million investment round, led by Sharaka Financial, as part of its ambitious plans to accelerate growth and expand its footprint in the Saudi market.

The company provides an integrated platform that enables businesses to manage their financial operations across multiple banks through services including digital bank guarantees, account management, and open banking services.

These offerings are accessible via an online portal and a mobile application, with seamless integration through APIs into companies’ internal systems, allowing direct and efficient connections with banks.

This investment further strengthens Bwatech’s position as a provider of advanced fintech solutions that enhance banking sector efficiency and corporate financial management, particularly within the regulatory sandbox approved by the Saudi Central Bank.

Hashim Al-Huqail, Founder and Chairman of Bwatech, stated:
“This round represents a pivotal step in building a more efficient digital financial infrastructure for businesses, and we are delighted to have the trust of partners who believe in our vision for growth and expansion.”
