Yuppion, one of Turkey’s leading e-export technology firms, has signed a strategic partnership with U.S.-based AI-powered software company Prinella. Under the agreement, California-headquartered Prinella has acquired 80% of Yuppion’s shares in a deal worth $10 million.

With over a decade of expertise in developing AI-driven technology and operational solutions for the e-commerce sector, Prinella was particularly impressed by Yuppion’s Print on Demand software solution tailored to the dropshipping model. The acquisition is considered a major first step toward establishing a large-scale global Print on Demand infrastructure.

Since its founding five years ago, Yuppion has empowered thousands of entrepreneurs in Turkey to launch and scale their businesses. According to the company, 20% of its users have surpassed the million-dollar revenue milestone, successfully building thriving brands through its innovative technology.

As part of the new partnership, Yuppion will now provide U.S.-based manufacturing and logistics support to sellers operating on major global e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Etsy, Amazon Handmade, Shopify, T-Soft, eBay, and Walmart.

Commenting on the deal, Hakan Gerin, CEO of Yuppion, stated:
“This is not just an exit; it is the entry of a new and powerful player into the global arena. We are now adding Los Angeles-based production to all of our Turkey-based dropshipping and Print on Demand operations. Today, when an entrepreneur says, ‘I want to launch a T-shirt brand,’ we handle the entire process end-to-end—from system setup and product selection, to AI-powered design support, to production and logistics after the order.”

By combining the strengths of Prinella, Yuppion, and Listyboom, a fully integrated end-to-end brand-building ecosystem has been created. This structure is designed to transfer Turkey’s proven industry expertise to the global stage, thereby making a significant contribution to the international e-export ecosystem.
