Olivery, a Jordan-based logistics technology startup, has successfully closed a Seed funding round with participation from Ibtikar Fund and Flat6Labs Mashreq Seed Fund. The investment aims to support Olivery’s regional growth and advance the capabilities of its digital platform.

The capital will be dedicated to enhancing AI-driven features including predictive route planning, automated data entry, and proactive customer support. Additionally, it will strengthen onboarding processes, customer success efforts, and facilitate market expansion across new territories.

Founded in 2020 by Ram Mere, Malak Duraidi, and Obada Abdalkareem, Olivery provides a cloud-based business platform that enables delivery providers and merchants to automate order management, route planning, driver tracking, cash-on-delivery reconciliation, and customer communications — all accessible through a unified dashboard.

Currently, Olivery serves more than 200 active clients across nine countries, focusing on optimizing last-mile delivery operations and improving the operational efficiency of logistics companies and retailers.

Ram Merei, CEO of Olivery, commented:
“This investment represents more than a financial milestone — it is a strategic partnership that empowers us to build modern logistics infrastructure across the Middle East and North Africa.”

Habib Hazzan, Managing Partner at Ibtikar Fund, said:
“We are proud to back the Olivery team as they modernize logistics across our region. Their platform is not only scalable and robust but thoughtfully designed to meet the unique demands of local markets.”

Rasha Manna, General Manager of Flat6Labs Mashreq Seed Fund, added:
“We take pride in being Olivery’s first institutional investor and look forward to supporting its continued growth and expansion throughout the MENA region. Working closely with the founders, we remain impressed by their vision and execution capabilities.”

With e-commerce surging and the demand for same-day delivery rising, Olivery is well-positioned to capitalize on a multi-billion-dollar regional market by streamlining last-mile, same-day, and reverse logistics operations.
