In a move aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 digital transformation goals, Mudad, a leading platform in HR solutions, has partnered with Khazna, a specialist in financial technology, to launch a pioneering new service: “Flexible Salary.”
The “Flexible Salary” service allows employees to access a portion of their earned wages before payday, based on the number of days worked, providing financial flexibility and helping reduce economic stress.
Key benefits of the service include:
- Enhancing employee performance by reducing financial pressure.
- Boosting employee satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strengthening employee-employer relationships with tailored financial tools.
- Empowering employees with safe and flexible access to their earnings.
Executives from both Mudad and Khazna affirmed that this collaboration marks a strategic leap in workplace digitization and introduces innovative financial tools tailored to modern employment needs.
Simultaneously, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development emphasized the obligation for all businesses to upload monthly payroll files via the Mudad platform as part of the Wage Protection Program (WPP). The program aims to:
- Ensure payroll transparency.
- Enforce timely wage payments.
- Minimize conflicts between employees and employers.
- Improve stability and attractiveness of the Saudi labor market.
The WPP is being implemented in phases, eventually covering all establishments, including those with fewer than five employees.
