Nanomik, a domestic enterprise specializing in natural protection solutions, has secured $1.08 million in a bridge investment round led by Arya VC, with participation from T3 GSYF, the Technology and Innovation Fund managed by the Turkish Development Fund, Derin Technology GSYF, and existing strategic partner ITU ARI Teknokent.
The new funding will be used to accelerate Nanomik’s growth in the United States, Turkey, and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), establish global sales channels, and expand R&D capacity.
With its patented microencapsulation technology, Nanomik enhances the stability and efficiency of natural active substances on an industrial scale through its “Microencapsulation as a Service (MaaS)” model.
Nanomik offers biological alternatives to chemical pesticides in agriculture, natural antimicrobials for the construction sector, and natural preservatives to extend food shelf life. Over the past two years, field trials across eight countries have validated the performance and compliance of Nanomik’s solutions with biocidal regulations in the US and Europe.
