Saykal Electronics, a company specialized in developing mobility technology solutions, has secured a $4 million investment in a funding round managed by Fark Labs and led by İş Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Renewable Energy Technologies Venture Capital Investment Fund.
The company’s first investor, Fark Holding, participated with a follow-on investment, alongside Bilişim Vadisi GSYF, T3 GSYF managed by APY Ventures, Anadolu Isuzu RePie Portfolio, and Empa Electronics A.Ş.
This investment will support Saykal Electronic’s rapidly growing operations, strengthen working capital, and help achieve strategic expansion goals in the US and other international markets.
CEO Yücel Saykal stated, “With this investment, we aim to shape the future of mobility by developing innovative radar sensors and power electronics solutions capable of competing globally.” He highlighted the company’s focus on two main challenges in the mobility ecosystem: autonomy and electrification, emphasizing their strong step toward becoming a global technology company by delivering high value-added solutions for future autonomous electric platforms.
CTO Anıl Sırma mentioned that their unique R&D-developed technologies in radar sensors and power electronics are designed to meet both current and future mobility needs. He added that post-investment, they will deepen hardware and embedded software capabilities to offer highly secure and sensitive systems worldwide.
COO Ahmet Bilal Kalkan described the investment as a significant milestone in expanding operational capacity and production scale. He emphasized their advanced quality systems and lean manufacturing approach, enabling agile and scalable responses to growing customer demands while restructuring processes to support international expansion.
General Manager of İş Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş., Burak Sezercan, expressed confidence in Saykal Electronic’s ability to develop high-tech, globally competitive solutions for the automotive industry’s autonomous and electric transformation, enhancing the strategic value and growth potential of the investment.
