Riyadh, KSA – Lucidya, the leading AI-powered Customer Experience Management (CXM) platform in the MENA region, has announced the successful close of its USD30 million Series B funding round, marking the largest AI investment ever raised in the region.

The round was led by Impact46, the Saudi VC behind notable IPOs such as Jahez and Rasan. New investors included Wa’ed Ventures, Aramco’s investment arm for transformative technologies; Takamol Ventures, a government-backed digital innovation catalyst; and SparkLabs. Existing investors Rua Growth Fund and ARG also doubled down on their confidence in Lucidya’s growth trajectory.

On this occasion, H.E. Eng. Abdullah Alswaha, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, congratulated the team during his visit to Lucidya’s Riyadh headquarters.

Founded in 2016, Lucidya operates in 11 countries across sectors such as telecom, BFSI, hospitality, healthcare, and the public sector, serving customers with a combined market cap exceeding USD250 billion. The platform supports the experience of over 75 million customers and citizens in the region, reinforcing its position as the leading CXM platform in MENA.

At the heart of Lucidya’s offering is a proprietary Arabic AI engine with over 92% accuracy, enabling deep customer insights and intelligent automation across touchpoints where other platforms fall short.

Abdullah Asiri, CEO and Founder of Lucidya, stated: “We bet on AI early in 2016, focusing on Arabic language models when others pursued basic digital transformation. This conviction has positioned us as the trusted AI partner in CX for top organizations in the region.”

Basmah Alsinaidi, Partner at Impact46, added: “Lucidya exemplifies the kind of company we back—solving real regional challenges with defensible tech and ambition.”

The new funding will accelerate Lucidya’s expansion into AI Agent offerings, positioning the company as a digital workforce platform tailored to customer-facing roles. This will enable businesses to automate and personalize engagement across support, marketing, sales, and CX functions while reducing operational costs and ensuring regulatory compliance such as PDPL.

Lucidya has received several industry awards, including Inc. Arabia’s Best AI CXM Platform, cementing its role as a leading Arabic-first enterprise AI innovator.
