Mumbai-based healthy food startup Khetika has raised $18 million (approximately ₹153 crore) in a Series B round led by Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office and Anicut Capital, with participation from existing investors including Incofin India Progress Fund, Rajasthan Gum Pvt. Ltd., and Shree Ram India Gums Ltd. 70% of the capital will go toward brand building, product launches, and manufacturing expansion, while 30% will provide a secondary exit for early backers.

Co-founder and CEO Prithwi Singh confirmed the company plans to enter international markets, targeting Europe, the Middle East, and the US. Founded in 2017, Khetika offers preservative-free staples such as millets, spices, batters, and chutneys, sourcing directly from farmers across 14 Indian states. It currently operates facilities in Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Bihar, with plans to expand to 40 cities via its nano plant model.

“Indian households increasingly demand clean-label, health-focused foods that deliver on nutrition and transparency—precisely what Khetika provides,” said Adithya Bharadwaj, Principal at Anicut Capital.

Khetika distributes via major e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, though 75% of its revenue still comes from traditional kirana stores.
