Berlin-based startup Synthflow AI, a leader in AI voice agents, has closed a $20 million Series A funding round led by Accel, with participation from Atlantic Labs and Singular. This round brings the company’s total funding to $30 million, just one year after its seed round, as it accelerates its mission to make voice AI mainstream in enterprises and contact centers globally.
Founded in 2023 by Albert Astabatsyan, Hakob Astabatsyan, and Sassun Mirzakhan-Saky, Synthflow AI has developed a no-code platform that enables businesses to design and deploy intelligent AI-powered voice agents with zero coding. These agents can handle phone-based customer interactions like support, appointment scheduling, lead qualification, and more, all with natural-sounding speech and high reliability.
Synthflow AI has already powered over 45 million calls, saving clients more than 5 million hours, and increasing answered calls by 35% compared to traditional operators — all with 99.9% uptime.
The newly raised capital will be used to:
- Expand operations across the US and globally
- Further develop its Voice AI Operating System (OS) to enhance speed, quality, and scalability
- Grow the company’s R&D and go-to-market teams
