team.blue has announced the strategic acquisition of a majority stake in Ticimax, a leading e-commerce platform known for its comprehensive, multi-channel product and order management solutions.
This move significantly strengthens team.blue’s ability to support businesses in managing their online presence across various platforms and geographies.
Founded in Istanbul in 2005, Ticimax employs over 230 professionals and serves more than 30,000 customers globally. Its robust platform offers businesses an integrated interface for managing products, orders, and customer interactions. Key features include a native mobile application, a warehouse management system, and an order management system, all designed to optimize e-commerce operations.
The acquisition enables team.blue to deliver a true omnichannel experience—spanning brick-and-mortar stores, domestic and international websites, social media, call centers, mobile apps, and marketplaces. This broadens business reach, boosts sales, and enhances customer satisfaction.
It also strengthens team.blue’s presence in Türkiye, where it already operates successful brands like Natro and Turhost, with more than 120 local experts.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals, including antitrust clearance.
