Founded in 2022, Everdome quickly established itself through key partnerships with OKX, Alpine Web3, and government-backed initiatives such as the UAE’s “Jahez” platform. With a focus on Web 3.0 technology, community-centered storytelling, and immersive digital marketing, Everdome has positioned itself as a pioneer in the metaverse space.
The acquisition will power Hoko’s new venture, “HumAIn Assets”, a content creation platform that merges AI, human creativity, and social engagement to redefine how digital content is developed and experienced.
As part of the deal, Everdome’s $DOME token and its team will be integrated into the HumAIn Assets platform, enhancing its capabilities in interactive content delivery and accelerating its innovation roadmap.
This strategic move underscores Hoko’s vision to lead the future of content beyond conventional formats—towards immersive, intelligent, and hyper-personalized experiences.
