Istanbul, June 2025 — VenueX, an Istanbul-based artificial intelligence startup, has successfully raised $1.2 million in a bridge funding round led by Singapore-based Orbit Startups. The round also saw participation from Re-Pie, Akkök Holding, and Akyasam. The funding will support the company’s strategic expansion across the MENA region, with new offices planned for Dubai and Riyadh.
Founded in 2022, VenueX uses AI to bridge digital ad spend with in-store retail sales, offering a unified platform that helps brands manage their multi-channel advertising efforts. Since its product launch in April 2024, the company has already onboarded 25 paying clients, demonstrating early traction in the retail tech space.
With this new investment, VenueX plans to accelerate market penetration in the Middle East, expand channel partnerships in Turkey, and build local sales teams in target markets. The company also aims to evolve into a fully autonomous marketing platform by enhancing its AI stack with new capabilities, including:
- AI agents for inventory optimization
- Dynamic creative generation
- Customer segmentation
VenueX will also scale its growth, data science, and business development teams as part of its expansion strategy.
“VenueX solves a global inefficiency by automating the link between digital marketing and physical retail sales,” said William Bao Bean, Managing Director at Orbit Startups.
“Their AI-powered platform has the potential to redefine how retail advertising operates in both emerging and mature markets.”
By synchronizing real-time in-store data with digital ad spend, VenueX empowers retail brands to execute highly responsive and personalized campaigns with minimal manual intervention — paving the way for smarter, data-driven retail marketing.
