ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s leading multi-asset real estate developer and a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, has officially launched ROSHNEXT, the Group’s dedicated innovation arm.
This initiative is designed to develop human-centric experiences that foster accelerated growth, enhanced partnerships, and new industry benchmarks in the real estate sector.
ROSHNEXT aims to lead innovation by fostering collaboration, embracing cutting-edge technologies, and fast-tracking the transformation of creative ideas into tangible, impactful solutions—a direct reflection of the Group’s vision to be a pioneer of innovation and transformation in real estate.
This launch reaffirms ROSHN Group’s strategic commitment to innovation. The Group has recently introduced several pioneering initiatives, such as the interactive ROSHN Mobility Experience, two editions of the ROSHN Hackathon, and a comprehensive digital platform managing real estate transactions—currently contributing to nearly half of total sales volume.
ROSHN also successfully executed two rounds of the internal Visionaries initiative, which resulted in over 125 innovative ideas and hundreds of training hours for employees. The third edition is in preparation and will extend participation to external partners as well.
ROSHNEXT will accelerate partnerships with top-tier innovation hubs across local, regional, and global levels and support investments in startups focused on digital transformation. The initiative will leverage the Group’s multi-asset strategy to pilot ideas and explore innovation in diverse sectors.
Through ROSHNEXT, the Group targets increased efficiency and the creation of added value, exploring innovation beyond traditional real estate.
