This investment marks a significant milestone in RIIG’s rebranding, as the company transitions to HOOTL (Humans Out of the Loop)—a new platform focused on automating health insurance operations using advanced artificial intelligence technologies.

This announcement follows a recent U.S. Administration visit to the UAE, emphasizing broader efforts to streamline cross-border investment and boost U.S.–Middle East technological cooperation.
