TensorWave, a US-based company specializing in AI infrastructure, has raised $100 million in a Series A funding round led by Magnetar and AMD Ventures, with participation from Prosperity7 Ventures (Aramco’s investment arm), Maverick Silicon, Nexus Venture Partners, and Translink Capital.
The funding will accelerate the deployment of the world’s largest liquid-cooled GPU cluster based on AMD’s latest-generation Instinct MI325X, consisting of 8,192 GPUs—a critical step in meeting the soaring demand for scalable AI compute power.
