Alpaka Games, a Türkiye-based mobile game studio developing hybrid action titles, has raised $2.25 million in seed funding, with participation from Ludus Ventures, a16z speedrun, and Revo Capital.
Founded by Can Aksoy, Levent Alp, and Özgün Levent Kaya, the studio will use the funding to scale its production and marketing teams and bring its mobile games to global audiences.
Alpaka Games was also selected for the prestigious a16z Speedrun Program by Andreessen Horowitz, which supports top gaming and tech startups. With less than 1% of applicants accepted, Alpaka’s team joined the 2025 cohort in San Francisco, gaining valuable access to the Silicon Valley ecosystem.
Can Aksoy, Co-founder and CEO of Alpaka Games, stated:
“As a mobile game studio that emerged from Türkiye and is just starting out, we are proud to partner with the most prestigious funds in the industry. The acceleration program we attended in San Francisco allowed us to establish even closer ties with the global game ecosystem and gave us great momentum on our journey to becoming an internationally successful company.“
With a vertically integrated model that combines development and publishing, Alpaka Games aims to offer player-first mobile experiences in the hybrid action genre. The founding team brings experience from top Turkish companies like Rollic, Codeway, AdColony, and BiLira.
