BloomPath, a US-based SaaS startup powered by artificial intelligence, has successfully closed its $1.3 million pre-seed funding round, led by Raed Ventures, with participation from Ulu Ventures, Wamda Capital, Plus Venture Capital, Munch.VC, and several notable angel investors.
Founded in 2024 by Mohammad Kotb and Ahmed Gad, BloomPath offers an AI-driven platform that integrates directly into daily workflows. It enables engineering leaders to track performance, analyze patterns, and receive instant insights to manage teams more effectively and continuously—without relying on annual reviews.
The new funding will be used to accelerate product development, expand the team, and scale customer acquisition. BloomPath aims to redefine how engineering teams operate, through a platform likened to an Apple Watch for the workplace, providing real-time coaching within the software tools engineers already use.
BloomPath reimagines how engineering organisations operate, said Clint Korver, co-founder and managing director at Ulu Ventures. “It gives leaders real-time insight into whether their teams are focused on the highest-impact priorities and empowers engineers to work with purpose and clarity. It’s a bold, systems-level innovation—and exactly the kind of thinking we’re excited to support at Ulu.”
“BloomPath isn’t just solving a problem—they’re reimagining how modern organisations operate,” said Saed Nashef, Founding Partner at RAED Ventures. “With AI at the core and continuous management as the engine, they’re giving leaders a new way to drive performance at scale. Born in Silicon Valley, built by MENA talent, and built for a global stage—it’s exactly the kind of bold vision RAED Ventures is proud to back.”
“I’ve always believed the future of work will be shaped by founders who deeply understand both people and technology,” said Fadi Ghandour, Executive Chairman of Wamda Capital. “BloomPath is doing exactly that—building an AI-powered platform that helps leaders keep teams aligned, focused, and performing at their best. It’s a timely, ambitious product—and we’re proud to support this globally minded team as they take it to scale.”
The team includes alumni from Apple, Amazon, Google, and Waymo, giving it a strong competitive advantage in the fast-growing field of workflow-embedded AI solutions.
This milestone marks BloomPath’s readiness to launch new features, attract beta users, and expand globally while staying rooted in MENA expertise.
