Horiar AI, an applied AI research company developing creative tools for the media industry, has received its first investment from Biomka Holding at a valuation of $12 million.

Commenting on the investment, Mustafa Bilek, CEO of Horiar AI, said:
“We’ve received our first investment on our journey to become a unicorn.” He added that Horiar AI has created AI-powered tools that accelerate content production and enhance quality, enabling users to generate high-quality visuals and optimize their content professionally.

Their suite of tools includes:
Text to Image, Image to Video, Video to Video, Image to 3D, Upscaler, Image to Image, Genimate, and Percapta.

Ömer Kara, CEO of Biomka Holding, stated:
“Investing in artificial intelligence is investing in the country’s future.”
He emphasized that sustainability and environmental responsibility form the foundation of Biomka’s philosophy, and that the company is focused on innovation, local production, and social impact.

Kara also highlighted that Horiar AI has a sustainable business model, and that Biomka’s innovation approach spans not only products but also digitalization, resource efficiency, and waste management to optimize every aspect of the business process.
