ADNOC Distribution, the UAE’s leading fuel and convenience retailer, has entered into a strategic partnership with noon, the region’s foremost digital platform, to redefine last-mile delivery using artificial intelligence.
The announcement was made during the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at ADNOC’s flagship Corniche station in Abu Dhabi, in the presence of H.E. Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber and H.E. Mohamed Alabbar.
This transformational collaboration merges ADNOC Distribution’s nationwide service station network with noon’s AI-enabled logistics capabilities. The goal: smarter inventory management, optimized delivery routes, and hyper-personalised customer offers.

As part of the initiative, noon Minutes distribution centres will be set up at ADNOC service stations, significantly reducing delivery times. For the first time, noon will deliver ADNOC Oasis products ordered through the ADNOC app, offering a seamless, integrated customer experience.

The event showcased ADNOC Distribution’s technological advancements, including automated EV Plug + Charge and seamless Fill & Go fueling.
With 551 service stations and 373 convenience stores across the UAE, ADNOC Distribution is a market leader in mobility and convenience retail. It offers a full suite of non-fuel services, including EV charging, car wash, and oil change.
Meanwhile, noon Minutes has redefined ultra-fast delivery, completing millions of orders — from groceries to electronics — in under 15 minutes in both the UAE and KSA. This partnership is expected to broaden reach and boost efficiency, enhancing the overall customer journey.
