Blacklane Expands Its Saudi Operations Backed by TASARU Mobility Investments

Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaBlacklane, the global luxury chauffeur service, has unveiled its expansion into Saudi Arabia as the first phase of its international growth strategy, backed by TASARU Mobility Investments, a Public Investment Fund subsidiary.

Blacklane has deployed a fleet of premium vehicles in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Mecca, with electric vehicles (EVs) set to join the fleet soon to meet rising demand for sustainable, high‑end mobility.

The company also announced the launch of the Blacklane Chauffeur Academy, offering professional training programs to bolster local talent and uphold global service standards.

Dr. Jens Wohltorf, CEO & co‑founder of Blacklane, remarked: “This partnership with TASARU enables us to bring our premium chauffeur services to Saudi Arabia, enhancing mobility solutions with a focus on sustainability and service excellence. Blacklane has established its Riyadh office under General Manager Adib Samara, assembling a dedicated team across sales, marketing, operations, and account management to drive its Saudi rollout and future expansions
