This strategic move is set to boost Dubizzle’s leadership in the real estate advertising and technology sector by integrating advanced data analytics into its portfolio of renowned brands such as Bayut and Dubizzle.
The acquisition will enable Dubizzle Group to deliver enhanced market intelligence and analytics services to real estate brokers and developers.
Through Property Monitor’s proprietary PMiQ platform— which operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and offers features including API integrations, market reports, and automated valuations—users can make data-driven decisions that improve transparency and efficiency in the real estate market.
Dubizzle Group’s deal marks the third acquisition within the last two years, following its purchases of Egypt’s used and new car marketplace Hatla2ee and the automotive content platform Drive Arabia.
This expansion underlines the Group’s commitment to broadening its digital footprint and diversifying its offerings across key sectors.
