Abu Dhabi – April 15, 2025 – AIREV, the fast-growing UAE-based artificial intelligence startup that stands among the leading AI companies in the Gulf, has secured a strategic investment from Venturewave Capital, an Irish venture private equity firm.
The capital injection is part of the company’s Series A raise and will be deployed to support AIREV’s rapid growth trajectory as it scales one of the world’s first AI operating systems—“On-Demand.” This investment will enable the platform to access new market opportunities, specifically targeting expansion in both the UAE and Ireland.
Founded in 2023 by Muhammad Khalid (CEO), Dr. Youssef Youssef (COO), and Kayaan Unwalla (CSO), AIREV is revolutionizing the AI landscape with its “On-Demand” system, which empowers organizations to build custom AI applications by integrating the world’s leading large language models with hundreds of specialized agents and AI tools. Backed by Core42, a G42 company, and with over 4 million AI-first users worldwide, AIREV continues to refine its agentic AI operating system, which simplifies user experience and drives rapid innovation in generative AI products.
AIREV has established important commercial deployment agreements with Panchea, a supplier of computer systems and components, and AIdeology, a provider of AI systems and technology solutions and an elite partner of Nvidia.
The platform, which integrates seamlessly with major ERP and CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics, currently serves over 60,000 users, offering advanced inference capabilities through industry-leading models from OpenAI, Google’s Gemini, Meta’s Llama, and its in-house Arabic language model Jais developed by Inception, a G42 company.
Additionally, AIREV’s “On-Demand” system runs on all hardware systems, enabling hardware providers to monetize their infrastructure by linking user computational activity to generated revenue.
The signing of the investment agreement was witnessed by His Excellency Dr. Thani Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister for Foreign Trade, and Her Excellency Niamh Smyth TD, Ireland’s Minister for Trade Promotion, AI and Digital Transformation.
AIREV is expanding its portfolio with next-generation AI-driven businesses such as its widely used educational platform School Hack. The company is also part of Microsoft’s startup program and the Nvidia Inception program, with its On-Demand system built entirely on Microsoft Azure.
