Cairo, Egypt – 5 August 2025 – F6 Group has officially launched its new investment arm, F6 Ventures, in partnership with Flat6Labs, to empower early-stage startups across the Middle East and Africa. This bold move builds on a 14-year legacy of supporting entrepreneurship and marks a strategic evolution in the Group’s approach to venture capital and founder enablement.
F6 Ventures, co-founded by Dina el-Shenoufy and Ramez El-Serafy, will manage six investment funds with over $90 million in assets under management (AUM). The firm is sharply focused on closing the funding gap in pre-seed and seed stages across emerging ecosystems in the region. The team also includes regional partners: Eyad Albayouk, Ryaan Sharif, Rasha Manna, Walid Triki, and Christine Namara.
“F6 Ventures marks a new era in our journey, bringing focused capital and sharper execution to support the region’s boldest founders.“
