Luxembourg-based AI-powered SaaS company Tadaweb has secured $20 million in a funding round co-led by Arsenal Growth and Forgepoint Capital International, bringing the company’s total funding to $40 million since its founding in 2011.
Tadaweb plans to use the new capital to enhance its AI-driven open-source intelligence (OSINT) platform and expand its global footprint across key markets.
Founded by François Gaspard and Genna Elvin, Tadaweb is redefining how organizations collect, analyze, and act upon publicly available and commercial data. Rather than just aggregating big data, the company focuses on “small data”—meaningful and human-readable fragments of information. This approach enables faster, more precise decision-making.
At the heart of Tadaweb’s offering is a small data operating system powered by artificial intelligence. The platform uses intelligent tools and APIs to extract critical signals, eliminate noise, and deliver clear and actionable security insights in real time.
The system has become a valuable asset for government agencies and law enforcement, accelerating the detection and response to incidents and threats. In the private sector, the platform plays a critical role in identifying cyber threats and corporate risks early, helping to mitigate damage before it escalates.
What sets Tadaweb apart from other OSINT platforms is its human-in-the-loop model. Rather than fully automating the intelligence process, the company augments human expertise with AI, ensuring transparency, control, and accountability. This human-machine collaboration dramatically shortens research and analysis times—from days to mere minutes.
“We’re bridging the gap between the overwhelming world of big data and the precision needed to act quickly and accurately. Tadaweb empowers analysts, investigators, and decision-makers with intelligent tools to see what matters, when it matters most,” said the company’s leadership.
With this new round of funding, Tadaweb is poised to scale its innovative technology to new regions, deepen its AI capabilities, and continue transforming how intelligence is gathered and used in both public and private sectors.
